1.1 Locations and Hours of Operation<\/strong>
\n91自拍 currently offers two library locations at the Dallas and Lincoln Campuses.<\/p>\n

Morris 91自拍 (Dallas Campus):<\/p>\n

Monday \u2013 Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
\nFriday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
\nSaturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
\nSunday: Closed<\/p>\n

Student Breaks \u2013 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

The Morris 91自拍 is closed for College holidays<\/p>\n

Hours will vary due to scheduled college breaks and holidays.  Summer hours will vary from above posted hours.  Please see the hours page for more information. <\/strong><\/p>\n

1.2 Eligibility of 91自拍 Users<\/strong>
\n91自拍 Libraries are open to all faculty, staff, students, and residents of the 91自拍 and Lincoln County communities and library cards are issued at the circulation desk at each library.  Picture identification must be presented at time of application.  Cardholders must be 18 years of age or enrolled in a 91自拍 program in order to secure a card.  If a potential library user is not 18 years of age or a 91自拍 student, a parent or legal guardian makes the card application, whereby the minor has permission to use it. Borrowing privileges vary with the type of card issued.<\/p>\n

1.3 91自拍 Accounts<\/strong>
\n91自拍 materials may be checked out through the establishing of a library account at the Circulation Desk of either location of the 91自拍 Libraries.<\/p>\n

1.4 Checkout of 91自拍 Materials<\/strong>
\nGeneral Collection library books and materials may be checked out by presenting a valid 91自拍 library card when presenting selections at the circulation desk.<\/p>\n

1.5 Renewals<\/strong>
\nMaterials may be renewed one time, providing the items are not requested by other library users. Renewals may be done in person, by telephone, or by accessing \u201cMy Account\u201d through the library\u2019s online catalog. The Web site link for the catalog is located at https:\/\/noca.ent.sirsi.net\/client\/en_US\/gaston<\/a>. Please note that online renewals will not work if the item(s) is overdue.<\/p>\n

1.6 Overdue Notices<\/strong>
\nThe library user is notified of overdue books and materials by the sending of four overdue notices to the address in the library\u2019s automated system.<\/p>\n

First Notice: Sent 3 days after due date
\nSecond Notice: Sent 17 days after due date<\/p>\n

Third Notice: Sent 31 days after due date
\nFinal Notice: Sent 45 days after due date<\/p>\n

A footer explaining the consequences of returning damaged or overdue materials is sent with the final notice.<\/p>\n

Overdue notices are mailed or emailed to library users as a courtesy reminder. Failure to receive the notice does NOT excuse the library user from returning items checked out. It is the responsibility of the library user to monitor their library transactions.
\n91自拍 users may view their library accounts online by accessing the section \u201cMy Account\u201d through the library catalog located at https:\/\/noca.ent.sirsi.net\/client\/en_US\/gaston<\/a>.<\/p>\n

1.7 Overdue Fines<\/strong>
\nOverdue fines on materials checked out by students and community members have been discontinued.  All users returning late materials are encouraged to donate to our library food pantry. <\/p>\n

1.8 Fines, Fees, and Payments<\/strong>
\nThe library user is responsible for damaged or lost books and materials. Damage to materials is assessed by a member of the library staff and billed to the library user\u2019s account.<\/p>\n

91自拍 fines may be paid in person at any campus library.  All items must be returned before we can accept payment. Items that have been lost\/damaged you will be responsible for the replacement cost plus a processing fee. If you are paying with a credit or debit card, you may call the Morris 91自拍 at 704-922-6359 during normal business hours to make payment over the telephone. <\/p>\n

If a library user loses library materials, the library user is charged a $5 processing fee and the replacement cost of the item.<\/p>\n

A monthly report for library materials overdue longer than 150 days after the due date is used by library staff for blocking of delinquent students\u2019 records. Blocks on student records are removed upon the return of overdue library books and materials in good condition.<\/p>\n

1.9 Holds<\/strong>
\n91自拍 users can place a hold on a circulating book which is currently checked out by another user. When books placed on hold are returned to the library, the individual requesting the hold is contacted by e-mail or telephone. The book is labeled for the individual and dated, then placed on the \u201cholds\u201d shelf at the circulation desk. The book is held for seven (7) days.<\/p>\n

1.10 Accessing \u201cMy Account\u201d through the library catalog<\/strong>
\nAny account holder can access information regarding a library account by accessing \u201cMy Account\u201d through the catalog home page: https:\/\/noca.ent.sirsi.net\/client\/en_US\/gaston<\/a>. Access requires a library card bar code number. Information and actions accessible include: due dates, renewals, fines, and holds.<\/p>\n

1.11 Confidentiality of 91自拍 Users<\/strong><\/p>\n

(a) Disclosure \u2013 91自拍 Libraries shall not disclose any library record that identifies a person as having requested or obtained specific materials, information, or services, or as otherwise having used the library, except as provided for in subsection(b)<\/p>\n
